I‘m Forough. An Emapthic, Pragmatic Designer & Educator.
I am a visual designer, educator, and researcher whose work grows out of lived experience as much as formal training. Design, for me, is a way of making voices visible, whether through feminist projects that challenge erasure or through research on sensitivity and how design can create spaces of care and belonging.
I have worked across tech, creative studios, advertising agencies, and research initiatives, with projects ranging from branding and data visualization to socially engaged cultural work. As an educator, I bring that same spirit into the classroom, creating spaces where students feel their perspectives matter and where empathy is as central as skill.
Awards and exhibitions have recognized my work, but what stays with me most are the conversations design makes possible, the way a poster, an app, or a classroom project can open dialogue, invite discomfort, and lead to change.
